Konditionen für Einsätze vor Ort
Diese Konditionen gelten für Supervising, Prüfungen und Inbetriebnahmen vor Ort, soweit im Angebot nichts anderes vereinbart ist. Ergänzend gelten die AGB.
Tagessatz
- Ein Einsatztag umfasst 8 Arbeitsstunden und kostet 960 €.
- Jede weitere Stunde kostet 120 €.
Zuschläge
Arbeit außerhalb der normalen Arbeitszeit gibt es nur nach vorheriger Absprache in Textform, zum Beispiel per E-Mail.

Treffen mehrere Zuschläge zusammen, gilt der höchste. Wartezeit, die der Kunde verursacht, gilt als Arbeitszeit.
Grenzen
- höchstens 12 Arbeitsstunden pro Tag
- höchstens 6 Arbeitstage pro Woche
- mindestens 11 Stunden Ruhe zwischen zwei Arbeitstagen
Reisen
- Reisetage werden mit 50 % des Tagessatzes berechnet, also 480 €.
- Flug, Bahn, Mietwagen, Unterkunft und Verpflegung rechne ich nach tatsächlichem Aufwand ab und schätze sie vorab im Angebot.
Werkzeug und Prüfgeräte
Werkzeug und Prüfgeräte, auch die Messgeräte für die Prüfungen nach EN 60204-1, stellt der Kunde. Für Einsätze in China kann ich beides über Kontakte vor Ort vermitteln.
Preise
Alle Preise in Euro. Der Auftragnehmer ist derzeit Kleinunternehmer im Sinne des § 19 UStG; Umsatzsteuer wird daher nicht berechnet.
Terms for on-site work
These terms apply to on-site supervision, testing and commissioning unless the quote states otherwise. The General Terms and Conditions also apply. This English version is a convenience translation; the German version prevails.
Day rate
- A day on site covers 8 working hours and costs €960.
- Each additional hour costs €120.
Surcharges
Work outside normal working hours only takes place if agreed in advance in text form, for example by email.

If several surcharges apply, the highest one applies. Waiting time caused by the customer counts as working time.
Limits
- no more than 12 working hours per day
- no more than 6 working days per week
- at least 11 hours of rest between two working days
Travel
- Travel days are charged at 50 % of the day rate, i.e. €480.
- Flights, train, rental car, accommodation and meals are charged at cost and estimated in the quote.
Tools and test equipment
Tools and test equipment, including the instruments for the tests to EN 60204-1, are provided by the customer. For assignments in China I can arrange both through local contacts.
Prices
All prices in euros. The contractor is currently a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG); no VAT is charged.
